1. Supporting/Assisting the Partner in departmental planning, monitoring progress and managing audits of various banks.
2. Responsible for Managing the entire portfolio of Bank Management Audits managed by the Firm.
3. Identifying potential clients and new opportunities in the sector.
4. Assisting in overseeing and supervising daily operations of all the assignments.
5. Adhering to and encouraging compliance with regulations and internal policies and documenting for various assignments.
6. Assist in staffing duties such as identifying requirement for resources, conducting technical rounds of interviews, managing idle time of resources etc.
7. Assisting Partner in budget planning, cost analysis of the assignments handled.

Skills Set Required:
1. Experience in conducting Concurrent Audits/ Statutory Audits of Banks and Insurance.
2. Knowledge of RBI Regulations
3. Proficient in MS Office, Excel etc.
4. Knowledge of related Core Banking Software (e.g. Finacle, Flex Cube, Omni etc.)
