Dear all,

The value of “Respect for every individual” stems from the core of our existence. This is because of the way we came into the inception and how we retain that in our development. We started as “professionals” and not “businessmen”. Our foundation was built on the people rather than capital. We all reckon that our value for respect for everyone is imperial more than anything else, so much so that it’s the driving factor for all of us to work where we work.

 

Respect is what fuels us to do better. Respecting a person means treating him or her exactly in the manner you expect yourself to be treated. In the true sense of the word, it’s the way we give importance to one’s views and opinions. It means giving your precious time to hear what they want to say and inculcate their expressions in the process. Respect means to be fair and just. Respect means valuing different cultures and ethnicities.



When we respect someone, we give them the freedom to grow. Saying yes to the wrong thing does not become respect. You are limiting the curve of growth in an individual. We believe that every person deserves to know the able truth. The truth that will set him free and help him become the person he always strives to be. As a value, we shall respect every individual, no matter what hierarchy he belongs to. Whether it’s a senior, junior, our customers, or our vendors. 

 

If I had to explain, I would link our value of ” Respect for the individual” to the lustre silver. Silver adds luster and brings great reflectivity and polish to anything it touches. Silver stands for flexibility, strength, malleability, and ductility. These are the properties that make Silver one of the most popular and widely respected metals used across the globe.
