Responsibilities:
Business Development
1. Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries
2. Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
3. Implementing effective lead-generation strategies.
Client Engagement
1. Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' cybersecurity requirements.
2. Presenting and demonstrating cybersecurity services and solutions to clients, showcasing their benefits and value.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
4. Managing end-to-end customer life cycle management. i.e. Sales, Post-sales support, collection & up-selling/cross-selling
Proposal and Negotiation
1. Preparing and presenting customized proposals based on clients' specific cybersecurity needs.
2. Negotiating contracts & agreements and ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
3. Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
Market Awareness
1. Staying informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry best practices.
2. Understanding competitors' offerings and market positioning to effectively differentiate the company's services.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
2. Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Skills Set Required:
1. Good experience in Account Management in Cyber security services.
2. Good knowledge on applicable regulatory requirements mapped to cyber security controls.
3. Previous experience of selling services to Mid-size companies/ Private Sector Banks / NBFCs / SFBs / Insurance Companies
4. Ability to create & maintain good relations with Senior Level Management across industries. (preferably with CIO, CTO, CRO,CFO)
