Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and maintaining audit budgets.
2. Planning and directing company financial audits.
3. Building internal auditing systems and ensuring their correct application.
4. Ensuring the organization is compliant with current legislation and best practices.
5. Lead and ensure the team delivers timely and high-quality work.
6. Develop an understanding of Quality and Risk Management procedures and ensure these are embedded into the engagement team’s work.
7. Identify opportunities to improve the scope of work on one’s own engagements.
8. Responsible for various operational matters related to engagements aligned.
9. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training.
10. Maintain and build client relationships.

1. Exposure of Concurrent, Internal & Statutory Audits
2. Good Analytical Skills
