Lead and oversee the end-to-end process of tax audits, preferably for large-scale manufacturing set-ups.
Handle tax litigation matters, including preparing submissions to the Assessing Officer (AO), rectifications, Objections to Orders (OGEs), and related activities.
Collaborate effectively with various teams within the finance and tax departments to gather and collate necessary data for submission to tax authorities.
Monitor and track notices, both online and offline.
Manage TDS compliance for both residential and foreign payments, providing guidance and support to the broader team.
Provide assistance for Transfer Pricing (TP) annual compliance through the collection and organization of relevant data.
Engage in the calculation and management of advance tax payments and tax provisioning to ensure regulatory compliance.
