We are seeking a motivated and qualified CA to join our growing audit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience to gain valuable exposure to the BFSI industry. In this role, you will play a key role in assisting with various audit engagements for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of audits for clients in the BFSI sector.
Perform analytical procedures to assess internal controls and identify potential risks.
Prepare audit working papers, including detailed documentation of audit procedures performed and findings.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to gather information and resolve audit queries.
Stay up-to-date on the latest pronouncements issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and relevant accounting standards applicable to the BFSI sector.

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferably).
0-1 year of post-qualification experience in audit, ideally with a focus on BFSI clients (highly preferred).
Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and auditing methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
